• Présenter les résultats escomptés en proposant si possible des critères de réussite et d’évaluation adaptés au type de projet, permettant d’évaluer les résultats en fin de projet.
• Présenter les retombées attendues en précisant pour les partenaires concernés:
  • la valorisation des résultats attendus, connaissances à protéger ou à diffuser, …
  • les retombées scientifiques, techniques, industrielles, économiques…
  • la place du projet dans la stratégie industrielle de l’entreprise (ou du groupe)
  • les échéances et la nature des retombées technico-économiques attendues
  • l’incidence éventuelle sur l’emploi, la création d’activités nouvelles, …

The expected results are threefold:

• the publication at least ten scientific articles, in reviews, and the participation into at least twenty conferences, national and international, on community management, community analysis, community analysis tools, economics impacts of these communities... The achievement of such goal will be evaluate by the number and the quality of the publications produced by the project,
• the inscription of our research group into European consortia, eventually technical (the design of community management tools) to provide these consortia with the ergonomic and business models study competences,
• the diffusion of the knowledge of how work these communities into the economical sphere. For instance, we want to organize joined seminar with Systematic, Images et Réseaux and Cap Digital clusters on new economics models, managing an on-line community, etc. Our benchmark will be the number of manifestations organized with these organisms, and the number of people coming to them. We expect to organize at least 2 manifestations in each region.

Finally, on of the main challenge of our project, is to make know its results. This is why we want to translate our productions into English. So another benchmark will be the number of visitors on our Web site.
